Warehouseman at acceptance [APERTA]

The resource, working on split day shifts, will be in charge of:
• Grouping and dispatching orders with relative delivery notes;
• Handling incoming goods;
• Handling goods with forklift trucks;
• Picking;
• Storing goods;
• Inventory and stock control.

The following is required:
• Previous experience;
• Possession of a forklift licence is preferred;
• Ability to drive forklift trucks;
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and use of PCs;
• Use of barcode scanners;
• Management of warehouse documentation;
• Local resident.

Contract of employment:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary

Benefits:

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Marketing & Communication [CHIUSA]

To expand our Marketing and Communication Department, we are currently looking for a resource with at least 1 year of experience in a company and/or agency. Experience in the metalworking sector specifically is not required. The candidate we are seeking must also have proven graphic and writing in English skills. In carrying out the job, the candidate will be coordinated by the Marketing & Communication Manager, supporting the office in managing the following activities:
• Support in organising and researching trade fairs around the world (with a particular focus on graphic design for the stand and communication activities in general);
• Support in managing the contacts database;
• Support in email marketing activities;
• Support content strategy for email marketing activities and publication on company social networks;
• Support during photo and/or video shoots;
• Support during website management and related reporting;
• Support on company branding project;
• Support media strategy and ADV investments.

The following knowledge is required:
• English language and another language preferably French or Spanish (other language skills appreciated);
• Software for graphic design (Adobe PS, AI, Canva and similar);
• Use of PC and the main writing and calculation tools;
• Knowledge of software for making videos is appreciated.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree

Characteristics:
• Previous experience of at least 1/2 years in a company and/or agency (experience in the metalworking sector is not a requirement)
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to participate in short and medium-term (not continuous) trade fairs abroad

Contractual framework:
• an initial 6-month temporary contract is proposed with a view to recruitment on a permanent basis.
