Big bag containers

 They are very useful structures for the automation of raw materials used in the production process in small amounts such as sugar, powdered milk, salt, improvers, special flours, etc.

They consist of a metal structure – galvanised, painted steel or stainless steel profiles – either fixed or adjustable in height to best suit the volume of the bulk container provided by the supplier.

The loading and unloading of the Big Bag on and off the metal supporting structure can be carried out by means of a mechanical lifter or an electromechanical tackle.

The metal supporting structure comes complete with a bag discharge hopper, to which the following types of raw material extraction technologies can be applied to meet customers’ needs:

Mechanic – either rigid or flexible

Pneumatic – by pressure or suction

Mechanical – with belt conveyor
